The following is a list of internationally benchmarked tactical programs currently available. Most of these programs (MIL, INT, CT and LE) are designed to form a National level platform, and are mainly exclusive to government clients only ( Key Programs highlighted in yellow):
b. Foreign Embassies Vulnerability Assessment Audit ™ : This is a unique service whereby specially trained teams will be contracted to visit our overseas embassies to overtly check, test and report on the levels of personal and location security (and any breaches thereof) with recommendations for improvements where needed. Security will include both passive and active sections, with IT operations (with both active surveillance and counter surveillance as critical components) included. One of the key differences from any other program is that we view the potential enemy as having both terrorist as well as criminal intent.
c. Enhanced Systems Surveillance ™: This service attempts to address the need to automatically monitor, filter and red flag suspicious message traffic, key phrases, excessive attachments and inappropriate net surfing in all Government Facilities. Process will likely be 3 staged; Packet Sniffers will be used for data gathering; Traffic Analysis software will interrogate and red flag suspicious messages and Special Operators will then be tasked to examine and recommend action on those highlighted. Similar systems in use are ECHELON (NSA) and CARNIVORE (FBI).
d. Authenticated Encryption Protocols ™: This service addresses a critical yet fundamental weakness existing in many Government communications i.e. they are basically NOT secure, and can be eavesdropped or tapped into. Our solution is to enable clear, rapid, secure communications via 2 main channels: IT (Internet and closed loop) and Mobile cell phones (Voice and Data), on demand, for key Government usages. The system should incorporate user identifier and location tracking logs. A second dedicated channel can allow similar secure communications (official and back) with other participating countries. We are recommending using a 256 bit (or even up to 1024 bit if required) platform based on the current AES or Advanced Encryption Standard (or better) as well as a back-up (one time) emergency method via Dynamic Data Authentication.
f. Counter Surveillance Sweep Teams™: This is a follow up full time or daily service (with reference to the above first two) where we can train and deploy (or simply train and supervise) dedicated CT Teams that will “sweep” and establish sterile or clean rooms at facilities of strategic or key importance. These Teams can also double tap to monitor active surveillance software where installed. All IT equipment is the responsibility of the end user except the scanning items.
a. MIL CQC ™ : This is an accepted military term for hostile engagements at extremely close distances primarily employing hand to hand or unarmed (H2H) as well as bladed weapons (bayonets or knives). Our system is specially designed to be effective against body armored or heavily clothed opponents. It also covers transitioning tactics to empty hand, unit versus individual engagements, soft targeting and rapid interrogating. Another key point about our system is that all data logging, monitoring and storage will be done entirely on-line, with auto updates in terms of both micro (individual trooper) and macro (Battalion and overall Program batch) analysis.
b. MIL CQB™ : Employs set tactics using specifically tailored weapons (normally SOC firearms) for close range engagements to terminate hostile threats (e.g. building breaching, room clearing and sanitizing). It can also cover abilities in covert site surveillance, sniping, counter sniping, authority liaison and even basic MOUT (Mobile Operations in Urban Terrain). Again, the entire program performance monitoring and recording process will be done entirely on-line, with full analysis available remotely.
c. LE CQC ™ : Technically 80% similar to MIL CQC, but encouraging arresting or neutralizing ending techniques instead of outright termination. While the Technical content is similar, the mental mode utilized and taught for applying the various techniques is distinctly different. Again, all data logging, monitoring and storage will be done on-line, with auto updates in terms of both micro (individual officer) and macro (Battalion and overall Program batch) analysis.
d. LE CQB™ : This is basically similar, especially in content (90%) to MIL CQB, but can include basic Hostage negotiations and Hostage Post Event trauma checklists.
e. LE Baton™ : This is a specially structured stand alone module that teaches a highly efficient method of carrying, deploying and effective usage of (extendable) tactical batons. All our tactical Programs are designed to be near equally efficient and useable for both sexes.
f. MIL/LE Bladed Weapons™: This is another specially structured module that is normally bundled with the CQC Programs, but can be ordered separately. It covers the carrying, deployment and effective usage of specific bladed weapons, i.e. Bayonet, Knife and Machete.
g. Deadly Force Security Augmentation™: This is an initiative against CT threats. It basically allows us to select, re-train (ex-servicemen who are CT specialists or CT capable), equip and deploy them as either whole or augmentation units to patrol and defend, with deadly force if necessary, key targets or facilities. This frees MIL and CT LE first responders for more critical deployments and extends employment opportunities for them.
h. Weapon Systems Enhancement Programs™ : (MIL, CT and LE): This is an ongoing series of inter-related Programs that strive to correct field illuminated issues with various weapon and surveillance systems, e.g. M4 Carbine (Gas piston and operating rod upgrade from the gas blowback system; SOPMOD Rail Interface System; Sound Suppressors; 6.5 Grendel round upgrade, etc); UAV for platoon to battalion level deployment, M32 Grenade Launcher, Advanced Body Armor, T11 Parachute system etc.
a. National Firearms Proficiency Licensing ™ : This (self funding) Program is to build and operate an operation to set up, run and manage a National level Proficiency Licensing operation to ensure that all owners of Firearm Licenses are proven to have competent knowledge and practical skills to carry and use their weapons both safely and effectively. All 5 major categories of firearms are addressed (Revolver, Auto Pistol, Carbine, Rifle and Shotgun) at various levels of increasing difficulty. This hybrid system is run both on-line (for knowledge dissemination) and real world (for the actual physical testing). The entire program performance monitoring and recording process will be done entirely on-line, with full analysis available remotely.
b. Personal Security for Security Personnel ™ : A comprehensive (30 hours) self funding Program that teaches personal self defense (includes tactical baton) and crises handling skills for all personnel involved directly in the Security line e.g. Shopping Mall guards, Building guards, Security companies, Bodyguards, etc. This will establish and enforce minimum skill and knowledge levels throughout the industry, and is a blended “train the trainer” approach with a 4:1 internal ratio to minimize costs to the end user while maintaining quality standards. Like all our other training hybrid programs, entire program performance monitoring and recording process will be done entirely on-line, with full analysis available remotely.
a. Personal Security Defensive Skills™ : A comprehensive (40 hours) Program that teaches personal self defense (and personal weapons) skills for personnel involved directly in high risk industries, e.g. Deploying Foreign Embassy staff, Customs and Excise officers, Prison Guards, Enforcement officers, Civil Defense, Nurses, etc.
b. Advanced Tactical Driving Skills™ : An intensive (24 hours) Program that teaches participants key elements to avoid both normal dangers (e.g. vehicle dynamics, emergency braking, skid control, wet conditions etc.) as well as anti-terrorist events (surveillance detection, IED identification, anti-kidnapping, counter attack or snatch methods, oblique nudging, ramming, reverse outs, “hardening” of the vehicle, etc.).
c. Overseas Deploying Personnel Security Prep Package™ : A carefully designed Program that incorporates the above 2 points. The objective is to give key overseas (or even locally based) deploying personnel a suite of personal survival skills, including threat evaluation and avoidance; emergency procedures, anti-kidnapping, self defense abilities; tactical driving skills; “hardening” checklist for personal, home and office environments against seen dangers, etc..
d. Aircrew Defensive EmpowermentProgram ™ : This 2 day module is designed to be integrated into all civilian Aircrew training courses (initial and refreshers), and will inculcate minimal standards of threat awareness capabilities and effective self defense skills while recognizing the reduced mobility of some crew uniforms.
e. Air Marshal : This module will be designed as a simplified version of the current FAA’s own Air Marshal Program.
f. Airport Security™ : This module focuses on identifying and hardening soft targets, minimizing easy access threat routes and laying the blueprint for acceptable Tactical and Emergency First Responses similar to those deployed at key airports in the US and the EU.
a. National Online Knowledge and Assessment System™: In concept format, this program envisages setting up an inter-active online platform that serving members of the MIL and LE can regularly access to increase their specific assigned and required areas of knowledge and be either assessed directly for a pass towards promotion or qualification, or as a pre-condition before presenting for onward field or practical training and final assessment. Studies from the Harvard Business School analyzing Blended Learning Programs (used by IBM and other MNCs) show that a participant can learn up to 5 times previous for as much as one third cost savings.
b. Safety Awareness for Women and Children™ : This social outreach Program comprises mainly of a special interactive Talk and demo session with a precisely designed follow on optional training module that strives to assist women (and children) in identifying and avoiding potential physical threat and dangerous situations while empowering them against those threats that they are not able to avoid. This follows a national roll out with effective and close multi-media support to reinforce both the message and the (political party) sponsorship halo.
c. TaeKwonDo ChungDoKwan™ ; this is civilian program based on the oldest recognized system of TKD. It is focused on promoting the modern martial sport of WTF or KukKi TKD while maintaining its oldest classical roots over the sporting bias that predominates these days. This Program is implemented by our associate specialist Martial Arts arm, KOMA SEAPAC.
d. HapKiDo SungMooKwan™ : Another civilian program, this being designed to promote the modern martial art of HKD SMK (incorporating an evolutionary path of “flow”) with an emphasis on practical self defense and efficiency of techniques. The system is faithful in spirit to the oldest recognized system of HKD in the world. Again, this Program is implemented by our associate specialist Martial Arts arm, KOMA SEAPAC.
